Information CADex handles
When you create an account, CADex stores your name, email address, account credentials, and information needed to keep your account secure. Authentication records may include your IP address, browser information, session dates, and password-reset records.
If you contact CADex, we receive the name, email address, topic, and message you submit so that we can respond to your question.
Buyer and seller applications may include your account type, country or region, organization, website, intended use, and design or production experience. If you sell on CADex, we also keep your listings, files, selling-account status, and payout-related account identifiers. Orders contain the products purchased, amounts, status, and payment reference numbers needed to fulfill downloads, refunds, disputes, and seller payouts.

How we use information
- Create, authenticate, secure, and recover CADex accounts.
- Review buyer and seller applications and manage marketplace access.
- Publish listings, fulfill purchases, and provide protected downloads.
- Process payments, refunds, disputes, and seller payouts.
- Prevent misuse, troubleshoot errors, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
CADex does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral tracking, and we do not sell personal information.
03 / Providers
Services that help operate CADex
CADex shares information only as needed with companies that provide the marketplace infrastructure:
- Cloudflare hosts the website, database, files, images, and security services.
- Stripe securely processes checkout, identity and bank details, seller onboarding, and payouts. CADex does not receive or store complete card or bank-account numbers.
- Resend delivers transactional messages such as password-reset emails.
These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the marketplace, or as part of a business transfer.

Your choices and questions
You can remove the saved cart through CADex or your browser settings. Blocking or deleting the session cookie will sign you out. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Some order and transaction records may need to be retained for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute purposes.
